Our website and other Aggreco brands
Our website at aggreco.pt markets products and services related to natural stone which are aimed at business users. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. No one children should provide any Personal Information through contact forms or use our feedback surveys. If it is discovered that we have collected Personal Information from a children, we will delete that information immediately.
Aggreco is made up of one legal entity and also a brand:

Aggreco, Unipessoal Lda. is the data controller responsible for this website and any handling of personal data carried out by or on behalf of Aggreco, Unipessoal Lda. and UGGREC®.
Aggreco, Unipessoal Lda. and UGGREC® work collaboratively to bring great natural stone products and services to Aggreco’s customers all over the world, and they may sometimes be acting as joint data controllers. When we mention “Aggreco”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant Aggreco company responsible for processing your data.
Personal data which we collect about you

Mailchimp: we share your data (First name, last name and email) with Mailchimp to send our direct marketing campaigns to prospective and current customers. Please visit their privacy policy.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
